I have order from Logos at Work a few times and the first couple of times the product was well done but the turn around time was a little slower than I would like. My most recent experience was horrible and continues to go on. I ordered shirts in 2XLT and it clearly states that on my receipt. What I received was 2XL and the lady on the phone asked if I measured the shirts to know that they werent 2XLT? I am sorry I am not a tailor, further when I brought them back to show the tags to them she continued to argue that what I had was correct but until another employee came out and said that the shirts were incorrect. They proceeded to say they would get me new shirts and then offered them back to me at half price? REALLY pay for shirts that no one in my company can use? Then I stated I didnt want someone else running around with one of my company shirts on and they said and I quote they just use them for scrap. What does that even mean? If they are to be cut up why not give them to the customer for their inconvenience. HORRIBLE customer service.
