the other day I had a horrible experience trying to be a customer here. I clearly came In her on a day robin (an employee) wasnt having her best day. She had a HORRIBLE attitude problem and made me feel extremely uncomfortable being there. I wouldnt ever recommend this business to anyone because of the horrible experience Robin presented to me.

We will be back soon for another batch :) We are more than happy to print images in a specific location if instructed to do so. If no instruction is given, we then place them in the industry standard locations.

The unisex t-shirts came out different than the proof (the design was too low), and the owner Brian didn't offer any solutions and didn't offer a discount or a refund. Instead he told me that they were printed by "industry standards," that the proof isn't guaranteed to be 100% accurate, and that examples of other band t-shirts I brought in were printed "wrong." It seems like the owner thinks he knows what the customer wants better than they do, or rather, he knows that the design they want is "wrong" and "ridiculous." More details below, if you are interested. I am in a new local band and we have shows coming up. I ordered $300 of band t-shirts that I was really excited about. They sent the proof and the size and placement of the design looked perfect, so I approved it. I picked up the shirts but only looked at one of the small women's shirts and not the unisex t-shirts. When I opened up the shirts at home I realized that they did not match the proof design. The print was too low on the shirt. I went back in the next day to see if anything could be done about this, because they looked different than the shirt I had approved. The owner Brian seemed defensive and interrupted me every time I tried to express my perspective. He told me the shirts were printed to "industry standards," and that the disclaimer at the bottom of the proof says that the proof is not 100% accurate of logo placement. I brought in 5 examples to show him what other well known bands had done (including Yob and Conan) - all images were higher up on the shirt. He said that they were printed "wrong." He also mentioned a time when a customer wanted an image printed "1/8 of an inch below the collar," saying that request was "ridiculous." He told me that I should have specified the exact logo placement I wanted. I wish I had known before I paid for them. I assumed that this professional screen printing company would have communicated thoroughly about these design details before I paid. I will be trying Threadbare Print House next time I need screen printing done. Edit: My quote provided below by Eugene Silkscreen refers to the 6 women's tank tops that I ordered. These matched the proof exactly, which is why I was so happy about them. I sent that email before I looked through the box at the rest of the order - the unisex t-shirts - which did not match the proof. Unfortunately, you can't unsend an email! ;)

I own a couple of businesses & use Eugene Silkscreen exclusively for our hats, jackets & shirts. Both the silkscreen & embroidery work is excellent as well as the customer service!

I do not recommend them because unfortunately Eugene Silkscreen's Quality does not meet my standard. When I brought up my issues with quality the owner didn't want to hear it and was unpleasant. They did not have any hats I found acceptable to use and claimed they would get me the hats I wanted but then charged me for shipping on the hats and made me keep them unless I wanted to pay a 20%re stocking fee. So now I'm stuck with hats. They charged me to digitize my artwork even though I did not have them do any work and then would not give me the file even though my invoice clearly states I paid for it. So yeah go here if you have some brand that needs products where quality doesn't matter.
