The customer service was very disrespectful, as I tried to explain what I needed done, the sales representative Laughed, and explained that she didn't understand. She was very rude and unprofessional.

The price was good, that's what I thought first. But this turned out such a bad experience. First all, they don't response email right away. I've received a reply 4 days later after I called them. A person who took my order was really rude. I ordered my business card with all my information in my very first email. But this lady (Alison) keep changing, took the old font from my old business card, she was going to print 1 side-my new business card, other side-my old business card. Why???? I simply wanted to order one-sided print new business card. Well, she misunderstood what I wrote about details after many emails exchanged, and then she changed everything as she wanted, sent the another proof with total different one. (She copied everything from my email signature. Again, WHY????) She ended up screaming over the phone, "I don't have a time to do this!!! You didn't ask you that!!! Just see emails!!!" Is this normal salesperson's attitude? She didn't care the customer. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!!

This place should have 10 stars!! I had a very urgent project to print out with a short turnaround time. They had everything done beautifully and well packaged. My resume was done on gorgeous paper in full color. Please support this place and dont go to FedEx!!!

I don't even wanna give one star. Super expensive and bad customer service. Overcharging customers is not a good way for you to survive in China town. Don't ever go to this print shop!!!
