Hello Rashad, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and I am very sorry to hear that you had this negative experience in our studio. As discussed at the time, hiring our scanners is a self service facility. We do not provide a scanning service where we do the scanning for you and we do not offer training on the equipment. However I do understand that you were familiar with the equipment and had used the scanner before. It depends who you are served by. In the past quality and assistance has been excellent. Today the staff member appeared unqualified, aloof and arrogant and proceeded to serve me with adismissive attitude, telling me that I should know how to use a scanner and that no one in the company is qualified to be able to use it, responding instead with sarcasm. Some customer facing training is in order.

They promised a two to four hour service, paid in advance and were late. They pass the prints through a slot by the door so you can't examine the work. Appalling service. What was I expecting from these East London poseurs?Highly unrecommended. That's my valued opinion. It's called free speech where I come from. So impersonal.

Asked for a quote for some art to be framed they quoted 490 art republic where i purchased the art are charging 180. How do you get any buisness with those prices? Also they are unable to frame original artwork at the moment! so the whole quote was pointless just got another quote for 150
