They have been sketchy from the beginning to the end: 1)They didn't informed me about the minimum 2 weeks of rent of the store when I called them to get information to choose the right store. 2) They didn't informed me about the nonrefundable insurance which insures your goods also when you already officially left the store 3)They didn't refund me the extra 2 weeks I paid (You must pay at least 1 month but you can stay minimum 2 weeks and then they will refund you the extra 2 weeks difference you didn't use). In order to have the refund I had to call them to know where my money was 4) They told me I had to physically go to the store otherwise I could not get my money back as they could not take my details on the phone also if they took all of my details few weeks before in order to let me in the store. Apart from that I had no problem with the store itself
