My family's experience at this office was not good. We experienced poor customer service & terrible patient care.
I would highly recommend staying away from 20/20 vision . Im not getting Into details , but our experience was a nightmare. Not to mention we finally went elsewhere and the glasses were half price. This place is horrible .
The staff is super friendly and the doctor made sure that my prescription was correct and accurate before I left, I wouldnt trust any one else to take care of me!
UPDATE 05/06/22- Havent been able to see since October, after 2nd set of lenses re examed Feb 28. Never received call to pick up lenses... stopped in and found out new lenses ( first two were to strong) were never ordered...go figure...was told would be called nextday (yesterday)...i just want my refund to go somewhere else...Eye exam and purchasing glasses went great! Notice they close at 5...can't seem to pick up the $300+ eyeglasses I purchased...
