Thought this was worth reporting. Just watching the Canadian TV Auto show Motoring TV. They always have a basic mechanic's section done by Bill Gardiner. Today he was discussing quality tools, and he showed some Channellock pliers that finally broke after FORTY TWO Years of hard use. He wrote to the company in Meadville PA, where incidentally. our daughter in law is from. Right away, he received a brand new one, that he will never wear out! Great service from a US company!
