Sedona Rentals has managed my property for 15 years. They're great! They handle everything, keep me informed, the paperwork is spot on, they keep maintenance up to date, are friendly and professional, and great folks. Very communicative. I could go on and on, but the bottom line is that you can't do better. Rent from them. Give them your property to manage. Either way, you'll be VERY HAPPY! Highly recommended.

I cant say enough about this place. Im giving my review as a renter but I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a management company for their own property. I rented from them for about 3 years until the owner sold. Sedona rentals was always professional and kept in contact with me for any scheduled maintenance. I work a lot, and they worked around my schedule for these things. Always polite and friendly, and when my owner wanted to sell, someone from the office always accompanied potential buyers for my piece of mind while I was still living in the unit....they gave me my full deposit back afterwards and Im so happy to say that I am back renting from them after 3 years of renting from someone who just couldnt live up to Sedona Rentals way of doing business and managing properties to 100% satisfaction. Greg and Donna are so amazing. Do not pass up an opportunity to rent from them or have them manage your property. I almost never write reviews, but this company and its people deserve it. Do yourself a favor and work with them.
