Excellent Customer Service! Keep in mind that I do not typically set up many shelfs, etc. However, we are organizing our dental office supplies and ended up ordering from Simplastics. After my first order I received a call back within 5 minutes letting me know that an item that I ordered was unnecessary for what I had ordered. Once we recieved our shelfs I noticed that I missed a few things. I called Simplastics and spoke with Ron. Ron took the time to help me visually understand what I needed to order and took the time to ask me questions about how we planned on organizing our products. I feel confident in spending money with this company knowing that they have the customer's best interest at heart. Thank You!
