Hello, our condolences about you losing your childhood friend. I have looked into your situation and based on the information their isnt anything we can do about this order for these reasons. This order was approved by you and shipped. Based on the last tracking from over a year ago it showed delivered. The post office only keeps tracking information for 120 days for non signature packages. When packages are delivered our system keeps that status. Which shows delivered. Its been over a year and based on our information. We designed your shirt and you approved it. We shipped and it said delivered back then. We never heard anything from you again, but a year later youre asking for another shirt because you said you never received it. We cannot verify this. Even if we call the post office now its past 120 days and they no longer have that information in their system. We can only go off the information we have now. If it was a month or a couple of week from that order date, of course we would investigate & communicate with the post office and figured what if anything happened. We couldve filed an insurance claim and shipped another shirt worse case. A lot of options at that time. We are sorry you are unhappy and we never scammed anyone. We ship thousands of orders online. We would recommend that anyone check our track record as anyone scamming wouldnt be in business for long. Again sorry for your lost and we wish you happier times.

I made an order last year (2021) to get a shirt for my deceased childhood friend. I never received my order. I completely forgot about my order and I recently reached out to printing Dave LLC(03/05/2022) They told me there was nothing they could do about me not receiving my order and didn't even try to work with me for the missing package and poor customer service. I would recommend you to not order through them! Waste of my $40 and time. It's messed up when you're grieving and going through hardship and a business scams you out of your money.

Very disappointed with the owner and his lack on customer service. When I went in, I request that the job be done a very specific way. I even gave a visual description to the owner. He assured me that the job could be done. When I arrived to pick up the shirts, the logo was way to small. When I explained the issue, the owner told me via an employee that there was nothing he could do because the shirts were already printed. He then proceeded to tell me that this is the size he does It for everyone else, despite the fact that It was not what I asked for. He continued to say if you plan on selling them thisnis the size they should be. We have been doing this for over 10 years and they sell at the size we wanted them, It is not his places to tell me what size It should be. I will not go back and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Very disappointed! They didnt print the design on the shirt the way we requested. The instructions were thoroughly explained and their reason was they wanted it they way THEY thought would look good. I've been getting this same design on shirts for 10 years in multiple screen printing places and never had a problem getting it printed the way we wanted. I will never go back and dont recommend their services.
