Very very poor service indeed, website and online order receipt stated 4 working days lead time(and it still does), when it didn't arrive I called and was told it would be delivered mid week of the following week, (now 7 working days) when it didn't arrive again ,I called and was told that it was more likely to be 2 to 3 weeks! I explained that that was not acceptable and was then promised a call back. I didn't receive a call back, I did receive an email which stated that they were waiting for the castors that I had ordered and they didn't know when they would arrive. So again, I called back and suggested that they send me the chair with the original castors so they could then send me the correct soft floor castors when they arrived. I was then told I would need to wait another week for delivery. I again suggested that maybe given the misleading information that they should provide me with a next day courier service free of charge. After a few minutes on hold the assistant came back and said she couldn't guarantee next day as she didn't want to promise in case the stock didn't arrive. So sensing something wasn't quite right, I asked again to confirm when the next delivery was due and it changed to Friday and I wouldn't receive it until Thursday / Friday of the following week. At this point I asked for a refund as I had lost complete faith. This is most definitley the poorest customer service I have received from any company under the current Covid 19 situation. Most companies realise that now more than ever, customer service is important, and whilst I am more than happy to accept delays due to the challenges we all face, there is no excuse for poor service. To the directors of Posturite Ltd I say this, take care of your customers and they will take care of your business, ignore that at your peril.

Great experience, ordering was simple, delivery fast, and the chair has been an amazing addition to my home office. So much so i had to buy another one for my husband as he was jealous of my new chair. So we both now use them and find their ease of adjust-ability to be great.

Purchased an RH Logic and Josho desk from Posturite as I was given a recommendation from a friend. Slight delay over the xmas period, however everything arrived shortly after and myself my husband are getting full use out of the equipment. Thank you Posturite. Recommend highly

Pity there is no option for no stars. As a disabled woman I was sorely in need of a stand-up stool so I can continue to work and ordered one on 30 May 2021. Three months later and I still have no stool.. I have sent a number of email enquiries asking for them to post it to be fobbed off and finally when I now believe I am never to see my stool my refund has not been processed, I doubt it ever will. Please be aware that you are likely to lose your money. My poor knees are very very unhappy.
