Update 10 months ago this issue was to be resolved and still no progress! Now residents and guests are leaving beer cans and trash in my neighborhood streets. Playing loud music all hours of the night. DO NOT LEASE HERE UNTIL THEY CORRECT THE PARKING PROBLEM. !!!!! NO PARKING! Consider another location as parking is an extreme issue! I live in the subdivision across the street, many residents and guests are having to park across the street, several hundred yards from the complex! Management has stated they are working with the city to resolve? but I could not locate any requested permits for the parking issue! Nice place if they fix the parking problem!

ive been trying to contact them for weeks and have just given up now. they absolutely never answer the phone. i inquired via email and asked to recieve a call and got a response back saying to call them.... i replied to the email that i have been calling and never get an answer and still never heard anything back. if there occupancy is down im sure this is why. there office staff is nonresponsive i can imagine the treatment the residents recieve.

Ive been living 2 years here. And yes i agree that at the beginning it was really hard on the parking spaces but with the time that problem was fixed and also the staff was really accessible and helpful in order to get carport or a garage! i have nothing to complain on this apartments, its a really nice neighborhood, i have some excellent neighbors and how can i forget my awesome view! i truly recommend this apartments!

I have lived here for two years now and I am so grateful for this space. We have lived in many different apartments through the years and this is our favorite also Monica at the front desk is incredible. She carefully listens and is very effective in solving any issue we have had. Recommend highly.

I dont even live here and already unhappy as could be! Two weeks ago, we tried to visit to view an apartment. There was only one person in the office on a busy Saturday, we got turned away but with an appointment for Sunday at 3pm. We showed up at 3:02 and the office was locked. We waited 15 minutes and left a voicemail before leaving. We never received a call back so I emailed them explaining the situation and after a few back and of talking about an apartment I stopped getting a reply. Showed up today, Saturday at 2pm and after an hour of no one coming back to the shut down office finally left. The sign on the door says they are showing an apartment but whenever Im touring it never takes an HOUR to show an apartment. COVID is a sad excuse too, no reason why on a Saturday there cant be two employees there.
