I had a poor experience with glasses I purchased. Very high priced crystal brand glasses are poorly made cheap plastic. I spent over 200$ on frames that bent 2 months into having them, I went in for them to be adjusted and fixed, the tech adjusted them only to tell me they were bent and I would need a whole new frame, no warranty, didnt offer me a new pair, or a discount on a new pair. Literally just spent 200$, on the cheapest pair they had and now have to spend more money, the doctor is good, service is good, but extremely over priced and I wont be going back.

I was displeased with my encounter with this office as a whole. Many minor things that were an extreme nuance when undergoing something as simple as an eye exam. Since I was unhappy with the exam, I chose a new office to receive glasses. Upon 3 different attempts to fit my glasses, I continued to have visual problems. At this point the new office thought the prescription was the issue, and recommended having another exam performed. I called my insurance company to state I was unhappy with my original exam and they authorized a second opinion. Upon new examination, the prescription was changed and corrected. I would not recommend this office. However, I will state the offfice staff was genuine in my many trips to the office. Kevin

My son started going here after my pediatrician said he might be farsighted at 2 1/2. Its incredibly difficult to diagnose a patient who is shy and doesnt want to have an eye exam, let alone able to communicate on demand. Well, Dr. Leena Adhikari did an excellent job because at our pediatric follow-up (where they use a vision camera), they said that his vision was 20/20 with his glasses. That is amazing! Dr. Adhikari is patient, and gives you her undivided attention during your visit. Ive had an exam myself as I hadnt had an eye exam in 15 years, she is super friendly and personable. Love this place!

BEWARE Advice everyone that has IEHP stay away from this place!first of all my son is fully covered by IEHP including coverage for glasses. On our first appointment after seeing their dr she obviously prescribed him glasses when I went to choose the glasses I ask the staff to show me the ones covers by IEHP to this she answer sadly we dont have a contract with them for glasses #1 lie, I called IEHP and they told me they shouldve shown me some glasses covered by them. My cheapest option that they showed me where 3 pairs for $145 not free ok so my son ended up choosing some other ones for $243 after I paid for these they handed me my receipt and a form that I needed to sign saying I had chosen eye glasses not covered by medical! RED FLAG they are covering themselves with this paper so that no one is able to sue. Ok so today I went to pick up my sons glasses and I ask for a case the girl was reaching for a hard case when the liar that told me they werent covered by IEHP told her not to, to just give me a slip bag that those dont come with a hard case. Very very upsetting specially when I paid more for my kids glasses than my husband did for his. Please do not go there I will not be going back and also dont fall for it your insurance might cover and they are just lying. Ive never been treated this bad!
