They are so good with getting back to you. They were so well explaining it all to me walk me through the process very timely manner. Not only is there great and wonderful customer service the quality and time spent on the shirts really show. So we really needed custom shirts made for me and my fiancée's wedding party for our Jack and Jill. We did not give Brass City Customs very much time to get this task done. We only gave them 6 days notice! They got us our shirts with A LOT of time to spare! And the shirts are AMAZING quality. If you are looking to get custom shirts made this is the company to go to! Everything was done with high professionalism. The process was easy, and went so smoothly. They even hand delivered them to us! The owners are also very passionate about their work. If you're on the fence about getting custom shirts made here, don't be! The owners will work you and will work within your budget! If I could give 6 stars I would!

Brass City, and specifically Patrick, was a true pleasure to deal with. They helped me with my order on very short notice and were able to complete it within the same day. I am very grateful to have found them. The shirt, although I do not have a picture of it, appeared to be of quality material. I won't hesitate the next time I need custom shirts made. Will definitely be using Brass City for all future orders.
