Big mistake I made when I spent over 30 thousand in appliances for my house expecting a minimum costumer service and instead it turned out just a nightmare to deal with this store non reliable peaple. Very kind when you walk in than the aggravation started with non reliable installation and costumer service. I wish i would've never walked in there.
We had used these guys before, and they arrived on time and did the repair quickly. However, more recently they totally missed the window they had promised us (12-2) and didn't call to reschedule. After three calls from me to them, the supervisor complained that "you <I> were making things complicated" and refused to waive a small service fee. Further he called back 10 minutes later to claim that his field guy had actually called us and nobody answered. Needless to say our phone's call log had no record of a call, nor did the service guy leave a message.
