After receiving notification that parcel has been picked up from our towns depot (that we don't have) and again making phone calls to actually track the item down my wife is picking it up from depot. It is 3 towns and 40 minutes away. Poor effort by TNT and their affiliates GRANGERS. As a shift worker I am not always available to sign paperwork hence the reason for placing sign next to door asking to just leave parcel. Would definitely use a different company if at all possible.
Unfortunately this business is only getting two stars as they were unable to communicate an estimated time of arrival for delivery. My parcel was two days late. It would be great to see this company reflecting other industry goals with clear communication to the buyer.
Horrible. Twice now the driver has "attempted" delivery and each time I get a notification that I am not home. That is a complete lie. I work from home and my office is in the same room as the doorbell. I have called the customer service line over 3 times, and each time they push the blame onto their parent company, Fedex. When I call Fedex, they place the blame on TNT Express. Between the incompetent drivers and poor customer service, I don't know how companies like this stay in business.
