I had used Legacy Box for a number VHS tape conversions earlier in the year. Unfortunately they returned 3 tapes which contained small amounts of mold. They would not attempt to digitize or clean them and did not provide a credit for not providing their service. I contacted Classic Memories who were able to successfully clean and digitize the 3 tapes with small amounts of mold. I highly recommend Classic Memories for your tape conversions.

You can't find a better team than Neil and Lisa! I have used Classic Memories for many of their services over the years, video tape transfers, photo book, audio tape transfer, and a custom CD.
