Refusal to cancel 50 euro game purchase with 23 euro postage secretly added, plus 24 euros in customs when i got the package! - AVOID this firm at all costs! I tried to cancel after 3 mins of ordering when my paypal was charged 73 euros instead of the 50 euros on their site, no advanced warning that the postage was so high, 23 euro for a ps5 game from UK to Germany is robbery that came with the added insult to 24 euros in customs charges that I100% had to pay. I explained the situation and that i didnt want the game immedaitely after they debited my account and they fobbed me off with the 'our warehouse has the order, you cant cancel, only send back once you get it' Im so angry with this firm and the TERRIBLE client experience - clearly just a middle man who want their commisions

I have been trying to preorder Forza Horizon 5 Premium Edition for hours upon hours, PayPal at first wouldn't work then the site's traffic was busy just for me to get through and It'd refuse to put the game in the basket (giving me an error.) I get an Error 403 when I try to access the website now. From my experience and reviews I've read, just save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.
