Decent gym. But didnt really feel welcomed first timing using this gym and when ever you go to a new gym your not going to be familiar with everything felt like I was looked down on for not knowing how to use things like I should be expected to know

Equipment not so new but it's all about training here no frills. Always have the regulars here and a great dedicated atmosphere which really helps for serious training. Great boxing equipment and cage area too which gives it a differential advantage against other modern gyms.

I've been training here since it has opened you won't find a better gym in the south east that's got what monster has, if you take your training seriously then this will help take it to the next level with the equipment on hand. The staff are very friendly and the food is excellent
