I ordered and paid for a hair clipper on 30/11/20. I phoned on 7/12/20, and was told it had been despatched to Royal Mail. Today, 11/12/20 Royal Mail say they still havent received it from Wahl. It was good to be able to speak to a customer service person, who gave me the tracking number, but its very disappointing that the goods havent been despatched yet.

I brought a wahl sanyo clipper from wahl and the item had a fault and they refused to refund or exchange for another one.They have very bad customer service and communication.I strong recommend for anyone to purchase any products from them.

Needed to contact customer services recently and they have been so helpful that I just felt compelled to leave a review and say a big thank you. With regards to my belissima clipper, it has proven to be a brilliant purchase offering a great cut and excellent battery life. Its a real joy to use.

It appears that you purchased your 14 in 1 Trimmer Kit from Argos - not from our website. If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, please return it to the store for a replacement or a refund.

Awful product and service. I have purchased Wahl 14 in 1 Body Groomer and Hair Clipper Kit 9855-2417X 554/7317 and I am not recommending it to anyone. I bought it for my husband, after using it only twice it is broken. I called the company, first the telephone was ringing, but no one answered. After that the line was busy, I was trying hard to reach in vain; Don't recommend this brand, avoid it!!!
