Would put zero stars if i could Today I took my daughter to have her nose pierced.. I did some research before hand and chose Blue Banana in Broadmead. I rang about a week before to ask to book in, I was told they don't take bookings, it's a walk in service. I explained it was for my daughters birthday, it would be after school so about 4.30 and it's a present, so I don't want her to be dissapointed. I was reassured that this would be fine, I even told them the date and she said will be no problem at all just turn up... We turn up today to be told its all booked up.. what we actually needed to do was go in at 12 book a slot for later in the day? I wasn't told this in the phone and this policy is ridiculous I have work and my daughter has school. I explained this and asked if I could (this once) call to be put on the list rather than come in personally and was told again in a very condescending way that its walk in. Which is obviously not that case as people have to book earlier in the day.. Very very disappointed daughter on her birthday. Very unhelpful staff. Why this wasn't explained to me on the phone makes me very angry as I would have chose somewhere else. I rarely leave reviews let alone bad ones but I was so enraged. My daughter even mentioned later to me how badly I was spoken to by the staff.

good for walk ins. efficient. not painful as proper needles are used. professional staff, will ID you but they do stand right outside the shop during open hours and smoke cigarettes which could be improved upon as it doesnt look too good. Prices a little bit high. store ran out of after care products.
