Safe yourself the hassle. Almost 3 month into owning the car and the temp tag is now expired. Havent had as much as an email from vroom with any updates. I have made multiple phone calls and spoke to representatives whom English is definitely their second language making it difficult to understand anything. The people you can actually speak with seem to not have any information or the ability to help you. Their response is I will put in a ticket or send an email or request a reply by someone who can help. Trust your gut (which I did not) and go to a local dealership otherwise you will be trying to resolve all the issues you will have over the phone with reps that are difficult to understand with no recourse. The reviews are all true. Maybe you will be the exception and have a good transaction, but I doubt it. Super disappointed. And BTW Vroom you have all my information you can contact me, dont post a reply to this review saying sorry please contact us, I have already done that so many times. The idea of online car buying is good, purchasing the vehicle was relatively easy. I had some issues with the paperwork they sent me and delays and waiting for them to fix stuff. . Everything else has been a disaster.

WORST, AND I MEAN THE WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE YOU WILL EVER GO THROUGH IN YOUR LIFE. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM. I purchased a vehicle from them on October 2021, and its January 2022 now, and i have YET to receive the registration and permanent plates. YES THATS THREE MONTHS. You call them and are put on hold FOREVER, so you put yourself on what they call "CaLl BaCk LiSt," which WILL NEVER CALL YOU BACK. I have already submitted complaint through NJ Vehicle Commission, as well as through BBB. I am also planning to meet news reporter for an HORRENDOUS experience, AND I am bringing my files to my lawyer tomorrow. DO NOT BUY CARS FROM THEM.

I see everyones reviews about how bad their experience is but honestly mine has been perfect so far. I will say I have had a few moments with calling in and having to wait along time but my sales rep Ahmed has been GREEEEAATTT! I would recommend anyone who does want to go through zoom ask specifically for him. On his off days, he made sure all my questions were answered and taking care of by another sales rep Sam, who also did a great job! He answered allll my questions at all times! He also clarified a lot of things for me in departments where he doesnt even work in the company!!! I would suggest EVERYONE ask for him when purchasing through zoom seriously! I just recommended my friend to him because he reallly is that great!!

I want to give them 0 star if possible. I decided to sell my car to vroom 2 weeks ago and completed paper works then sent my title within a day. There was no progress on the contract after then. They spent 10 days for scanning the title even though I called several times to check the progress. When I called their customer service, I heard similar responses every time that they noticed status and will proceed soon but nothing happened. Furthermore, I couldn't find the information of my transaction on their app and website at all. Finally, I asked to cancel the contract and required returning of my title as soon as possible. As expected, I've never heard from them about the return until now (3 days) even though I emphasized I would pay if there is any charge for fast return and double-checked if they are on proceed. I don't recommend this company.
