Terrible service. Left an item for repair and it sat for two months. Checked periodically and told it was almost ready. Finally showed up and they had never even taken it out of the bag that it left in. Any positive reviews are likely posted by them.

UNRELIABLE.They should close their service to the public and focus on productions. I went there to transfer two Hi8 tapes to DVD. Day 1: Monday. Got there at 12:30 and there was a hand-written sign on the door saying "Back in 20 minutes"... it was more than 40. They charged me extra because this was a rush job (understandable) and said they would call me within a week. Day 2: Since they didn't call me I called them to find out and no one answered the phone. It was only 3:30 p.m. but they later told me they had to close the store early because they had a production that day. No answering machine or anything. Day 3: Went there to pick up the tapes and DVDs. When I got back to my office, I found out that one of the DVDs was empty (or 'unfinished', as they said), so I had to drive back for them to finish the DVD. They didn't apologize or anything, it seemed like they were doing me a favor. SUGGESTION: If you don't need your tapes transferred to DVDs in less than 3 weeks, you're better off going to Walmart (some have Photo lab); they will do the job for less and at least you have a serious company to back the service in case something goes wrong.
