Im not sure about the companys service but while driving down the highway I was nearly sideswiped by one of their service vehicles while in my work truck. I switched lanes to get out from behind the vehicle and he proceeded to cut me off again and traveled all the way to the far left lane and sped off. Extremely close call.. and I could tell it was intentional but I couldnt figure out why. Possibly something against the company I work for not sure but definitely unacceptable.

I have been using Venturi Restoration for a little over a year now. They are the only company I will use for all my carpet cleaning, water damage, air duct cleaning, remediation needs. They are professional and have great customer service. Staff is willing to go above and beyond for their customers.

We've been using Venturi throughout our STL properties for years. The variety of services offered keep us coming back for more - carpet cleaning, tub resurfacing, sewer backup cleanups, duct cleaning, etc. Prices are competitive and scheduling is always flexible. In the days of poor customer service, Venturi Restoration excels in working with their customers. I had a difficult crawl space project that lead to additional plumbing issues. Other companies that came out to give a bid wanted to destroy the floors instead of working in the crawl space. Rebel, with Venturi got the job done with the hassle of destroying my hardwood floors. The team he brought on was very patient and courteous. All concerns were addressed immediately. The project took a few weeks to complete but it was not the fault of Venturi. Plumbing parts had to be ordered through Moen that were guaranteed for life. After all the parts were received, the team was here early the next day to complete the job. Thank you Rebel and Venturi for a job well done. I finally feel as though my family and I are getting closer to normalcy again.
