Booked a dumpster on Tuesday for Saturday for Tobyhanna PA. Asked the lady 3 times if she was sure they had dumpsters available, as everyone else was booked. Ohh yes we have plenty . I booked a hotel for my workers for the weekend, paid $250 for the hotel. Wed morning get an email, not even a phone call, that my order was canceled Bc they dont service the area!!! So unprofessional, Im out $250. What a joke. Never using them again. Asked to speak to a manager, there is no manager. ///////I saw their response about gang activity . Just tell the public the truth and let them know you dont train your staff well, you dont service Monroe County Bc you need a permit for their dump. No need to tell lies on the internet, just man up and tell people the truth. What a joke of a company. Dishonest!!!

They over charged my card and made it out to be my fault. Im just annoyed because I dont like when a business says they need to keep a card on file and charges it as they feel fit. Sending a email afterwards highlighted in yellow $0.00 owed. Yes because you failed to mention my card was charged again first.

Matt, We apologize for the delivery delay. When Lexi called to schedule your deliveries we let her know delivery would be either Friday 9/3 or Tuesday 9/7 based on dispatch's availability. Indeed, it turned out Tuesday 9/7 was the first available delivery date. We further apologize that the dumpsters were not onsite prior to your crew's arrival on Tuesday 9/7. We do our very best to schedule all deliveries as quickly as possible, but we recognize we fell short in your case.

Terrible service and very unprofessional! Was told we would have a dumpster on 9/3 and never showed up. Then assured they would be delivered 9/7 but couldnt get ahold of dispatch of course so still have yet to show up! I have men that drove 3 hours to work on site anticipating dumpsters so money is being thrown away. Took money up front of course and cant even deliver on there dates and cant even come up with a answer for us! Very disappointing and very unprofessional.
