I called several times about pest control with no response, doing my best to handle it myself. A couple months later, out of the blue, we all received a notice that the property had been sold to another company. I guess that explains that.

At first I was nervous because management was undergoing changes but they have been very pleasant and honestly I'm very happy with how quiet the complex is, the lawn is well maintained, the dumpsters are emptied regularly, I haven't had no critters, my washer had an issue it got fixed right away, my place is my heavenly getaway from the craziness of the world. I am grateful I found this apartment last minute. The new management, Ariel seems pleasant as well. I'm a happy tenant. Thank you
