I was happy to be able to get a last minute appointment after a scare with my eye and migraines. The unfortunate part was getting there extra early, waiting 30 minutes until after my appointment time to be called. Then being seen by the amazing assistant for about 5/10 minutes. And finally the very unfortunate part of waiting for the doctor in a room with my eyes dilated for 45-60 minutes. When the doctor finally came he was very nice, but I saw him for less than 5 minutes. Ive never had to wait this long for any appointment in my life, but Im glad there was no real emergency with my eyes.

DO NOT RECOMMEND: Be prepared to wait, wait and wait some more! As a patient, I respect my appointment time by arriving on time and I expect the office to do the same. If the doctor is running significantly behind schedule (as it seems is standard practice here) a call should be made to the patient as a courtesy. I waited 90+ minutes for Dr. Gould at my last appointment; at my follow-up appointment I waited 30 minutes before being told that I had at least another 15 minutes to be brought back to another waiting area to wait for a room to open up. My schedule did not permit a seemingly endless waiting period so I asked to reschedule; the only accommodation offered was an early morning appointment 2 months from now. I liked Dr. Gould, but I will be finding another doctor with an office that's managed properly and professionally.

Everyone was very pleasant, professional, and polite. Dr. Gould took time to answer my questions, and I left feeling very happy with my results and my visit. I highly recommend this Eye Center for anyone interested in eye care.

I have left great reviews about this place in the past and I even referred multiple people to them. I dont live near the area and but my past couple appointments especially with Dr. Diktoff have ben great. I went in today with my father (he was referred by me) because they made an error and didnt enter in his prescription and had to do another refraction. I waited over 2 weeks for my glasses only for them to call me and tell me they needed him to go in again because they didnt enter it is in correctly. I explained to them that we didnt live close by and I wish they had told us earlier because he had an appointment a couple days prior or the call but I wasnt informed. When I got to the appointment someone named Happy assisted us and had an asian doctor help us. I dont know her name because I dont see her on the website. She seemed like she was bothered that we were even there even though it was their mistake! She was rushing and make faces and it was CLEAR she was annoyed. Long story short they dismissed us without a correct prescription and said he can buy over the counter reading glasses instead and didnt bother getting a better prescription when he clearly said he cant see with the prescription she recommended. They assisted us out the room to the front to give us a prescription that he can get anywhere for reading! They didnt say a word and we were standing there with no word and they just walked away. I am beyond disappointed with this place. Its a shame that I no know long want to come here because these 2 ladies were no help. I really love the other doctors but some people are just so miserable and they really should not be in this field. I will be looking for a new doctor.
