Told me my car is too low to get oil change. Took it to another shop and they put it on the lift with no problem and with experience. Like anyone else would with a low car you can put planks on the floor or go at it side ways. But instead do doing that they told me they attempted 3 different ramps and while doing so damaging my front end and saying it wasnt them (lies) lol apparently I paid for a maintenance package and I was told to contact finance manager to receive refund but have been getting run around that hes busy when Ive been trying to reach them for almost a week. Dont take your car here or buy one, I didnt even want maintenance package but they up-saled me without me even knowing and now I cant even use it or try to get refund. love how when this place gets bad reviews they dont respond to help support their case!! Only the good ones they respond to. Look at other bad reviews for more reasons to stay away.

A waste of time. They had a car I was interested in. I called and talked to Jacklyn and specifically asked if they were doing a "market adjustment" markup on the cars. She said there was a $2000 "appearance package" on the car but no other markups. When I got to the dealership I spoke to Benjamin and as we were about to go on the test drive he asked what brought me in that day and I said I as interested in that car and was specifically interested in that dealership because they weren't charging a markup. He said, that no, there was in fact an additional $5000 markup on the car. I left immediately. At worst, the people are the phone are lying to callers to get people onto the lot. At best, the sales team doesn't know what's going on. Either way, they don't have enough respect for the customer to not pull this sort of stunt.

Went for a oil change. After they washed my already clean car, they brought it back wet. They said the dryer was broken. Should have hand dried it off. There were footprints on my carpet and when I went to get in my car the seat was left all the way back and I fell in hurting my arm. Will not be going back to this dealership.
