We are very sorry your order was wrong, I'm not sure who attended you but we always do help our customers out. We even sponsor, like we did for your band when you were in school. We also always gave your church very good prices. I'm sorry one out of the many orders came out wrong, but i'm sure many of the shirts you have in your closet are from here. I don't think you should judge us for one mistake, we are humans too. But thanks for your feedback, we are going to try to be better.

ALWAYS get the shirts wrong. Would not recommend whatsoever..didn't even offer to fix. Really bad attitude, like she made me a favor in a making me shirts, that I paid for....

Thank you for your comment. Unfortunately, due to the high volume of work with schools, businesses, associations and groups of people, we are unable to pick up individual orders. I recommend you use Etsy or another service where you are able to get only one piece. I am sorry this happened, we do have some times around the year where we are super packed and orders get delayed. I do however appreciate your feedback, we are striving to get better. I do however understand we can't keep everyone happy, but we do have thousands of happy customers who are very very happy with our service. I am very sorry once again you had a bad experience here. Horrible service!!! Ordered 14 shirts and took 1 month for them to be done. Need to be more polite and helpful with their customers. They told me they were going to call me back and they never did. This happened 3 times, i had to be the one that called them. Terrible experience! Don't recommend it to anyone!
