no shipping info over a week after placing order and payment received...sent email and no response from Missouri Star... Very unhappy and will not be placing an order again. Tutorials are great but the WORSE online ordering communication/shipping ive ever experienced.

I'm going to have to come down on the disappointed side, as well. And I really wanted to like this place, given that their selection is excellent and the website works fairly well for me. Unfortunately, my first small order to a week to even be cut and set up to ship. In this day and age, that type of lag is just unacceptable. When it did finally arrive, a portion of it was incorrect. I've e-mailed them about it, and have yet to hear back. Possibly they've just outgrown their own capacity to provide good customer service right now. However, there are so many places out there that do it better, I won't make this mistake again.

I live on an Island off the coast of British Columbia Canada. We have many quilting and fabric stores here. I prefer MSQC. I don't know these people but I love them. They always respond quickly to e-mails, It does take over two weeks to get here, part of that time is due to postal and customs. Jenny has actually taught me to quilt. I am not afraid of little squares anymore.

Better than meeting Santa Claus, this family and store IS the American dream! The best shopping and people in any fabric store on earth no kidding. This is worth the drive from Arizona to Missouri, and the Tutorials are so easy it helped me learn how to quilt beautifully. Thank you for all you do A++

I'll join the guys who were disappointed with the service provided by this store. Placed an order there on Sep30th and it is still pending (2 weeks already). The employee replied only my second e-mail justifying the delay with some celebrations they had and remote place where they cut the yardage. Well, I do appreciate birthdays and everything, I do understand logistic gaps but 2 weeks are fairly enough to cut the fabic in China and bring it back to USA. Most probably I will have to open the dispute at PayPal site to get my money back. The tutorials are great, the assortment is excellent, most probably the shop is one of the best places in the world, but online service is extremely poor.
