Horrible customer service. Was in dire need of our equipment which we expressed and they didnt do much to push it through. Bad communication, no follow up, no tracking info provided when we were told there would be, etc. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

UPDATE #2: It is coming up on 4 months and I still do not have my Americolor food colors, cake boards and pan that I purchased and PAID for. I have just ask for a refund for those products. I will see what happens. I purchased my Americolor straight from Americolor and received them in 3 days. Hence, no supply shortage for being out of stock for 4 months. This company has used my money for 4 months without restocking their supplies. FYI...I am not one to write reviews, this may be the first one I have ever written. I am typically a very patient person, but my patience for this company has run dry. UPDATE: I finally received my cake boards about 2 weeks ago. However, I still have not received several bottles of Americolor food coloring. Still unacceptable!!! Once again, I have had to order from another supplier while Bake Deco has charged my credit card and used my money for almost 3 months. I ordered online on Feb 11 and it is Mar 12 and have yet to receive my whole order. I just inquired about when the rest of my order will ship and was told the cake boards, which I need, will not be in until the end of the month and the Americolor food coloring has no ETA. If you are ordering and NEED your order in a reasonable time frame, do not order from here....it takes forever to get your order. Now I am forced to buy cake boards from another supplier while I wait on the ones that have already been applied to my credit card and I have already paid for. I will be looking into an new supplier.
