We can only grow muscadine grapes here and they only make a sweeter wine. So sorry you did not know that prior to your tasting. We have added that information to more pages on our website to help others know that prior to their visiting. So sorry for your PTSD. That is so very real. But please know we do allow service dogs in the tasting room. For everyone' s safety and consideration, though, they do need to be bonafide trained service animals.

Nancy - So sorry for your negative experience. I am confused though, because I unchained and opened the 2 over flow porta a pottys early that day myself, as soon as I saw the number of walk ins coming in. Please know we do clean all the restrooms before each event and we also have 3 flush restrooms (with the 2 women's being air conditioned as well) at the entry area that are always open. Sorry if you were unaware of those.

Overall this would have been a really good experience if the ladies room hadnt been so unbelievably disgusting. There is no way that it was clean when they opened on Sunday morning as I used it no later than 1:30 pm. This was their portable ladies room and to top it off they had 2 portable restrooms chained off. I wonder what that wa all about considering they had a huge Classic car show going on as well as live music. Very disappointing experience.

Pam Thank you for your patronage through the years. We are so sorry you did not have an enjoyable time with us for the Johnny Rogers Legends of Rock; featuring the Music of Buddy Holly, Roy Orbison and Many More Show. We would have refunded your full gate had you shared with us your displeasure during the show and will do so still if you contact us. Although Johnny Rogers is one of our most popular shows, and is a high demand nationally touring act that often commands more than our gate when he performs, and usually preforms in theaters, including the famous Surf Ball Room every year for the anniversary of Buddy Hollys last concert (as he is recognized as the premier Buddy Holly Tribute artist), I do understand that everyone has different tastes in music and it was not for you. And yes we now have a gate to make ends meet. We probably would not be here today without it. We needed to raise our staff wages, to keep and attract our awesome and valued employees, which they of course deserve. And there have been a lot of other increased expenses over the last few years to operate our business from insurance to taxes to shipping, and most all our supplies, security, safety protocols, etc that we had to address somehow. Please know that we also have elevated many of our weekend afternoon live music events in the last few years to do our best to stand out in the area live music scene, with many higher echelon artists and national tributes, that cost much more and require the added expenses like; sound and sound tech, backline, hospitality, etc... These acts are often 3 to 4 times more than many local bands. Although we have several events that are $4-$5, other shows are ones that you could pay $25-50+ to see at a theater, and so we have to ask more for them. These events are often a show similar to an evening concert, but in the afternoon and often for 3 hours. Our gate is adjusted according to the cost of the act. Also we always start out with advance passes at least less than half the price of the day of price, so early birds can save, and at this time we continue to say if you feel the gate is not priced appropriately, just pay whatever you feel is fair and you can afford.

I used to go to summer crush all the time I went yesterday for the 1st time in a while.i couldn't believe they were charging 20 dollars,and the band was terrible .not going back all too soon or ever again.free music at the mansion in Jensen Beach and the bands are fantastic.
