Sure do sign a whole lot of papers when you purchase a vehicle... almost faster than you can read them! Unknown to me, I was sold a $1,300 warranty which covers most of nothing besides labor costs. Previous conversation between us concerning warranty: Me: "So does this have some kinda warranty?" Him: "Yeah." *continues malicious typing* Me: "Oh, cool." (long silence in which could have been used to explain to me that this warranty is not included in the purchase price, costs extra, and is far more than I'd like to afford.....) End of conversation. Make sure you know what you're signing! They sure do throw those papers at ya fast! Car's fine i guess.. despite being upside down now. Engine light came on yesterday..
Wow, thank you so much Deb! From our team to you and your family, thank you!

I have always thought buying from a smaller dealer was a mistake. Then I happened across Mike, one of the owners. Straightforward, gave me the numbers before enticing me with the car. More to the point, there was warmth, laughter, humanity, honesty and he is really good at swapping stories. I immediately bought the car. Mike is one of those rare individuals whose warmth and appreciation of people from all walks of life gives a good name to the term car dealer. My entire car buying experience was a total pleasure.
