Naomi and I started out in a professional relationship we soon became friends She is an amazing person. she offered a session I was a little afraid but she put me at ease and revealed part of me I never knew it was so surprising and also made me tired.everyone should try it..I even felt better eat less and lost weight.

My session with Naomi was about 3 weeks ago at the time of writing this. The session itself was great from start to finish. Naomi explained everything in great detail and answered all of the questions that I had. She made me feel extremely comfortable throughout the entire process and I never felt rushed. It just felt right. Immediately after the session, I felt energetically and physically lighter. The next few days I was starting to feel shifted. That is the only way that I know how to describe it. I was no longer drawn to things that I used to self soothe and self sabotage. Things such as smoking, drinking, partying etc. I had given some advice to myself during the session and since following it: I have felt more connected to my inner self and that connection has reduced my depressive and anxious thoughts down to a minimum. I am now able to quickly notice those thoughts coming and recenter myself. If your gut is telling you to book a session, then you should definitely listen.
