We had meet with this company a few weeks ago and have been waiting on a sample that was supposed to be in two days after our meeting. Considering we was referred there I gave them the benifit of dought and called them. They said they can see the order for samples but no one could help. Not great business in my opinion. They never called to say the samples where delayed several weeks nothing. We will take our business elsewhere to a company who treated their clients better.

I had some work done by them and when I had a complaint about there work and wanted them to fix it or give me my money back the manager laughed at my face. They do sub quality work and would not recommend them for anything. Absolutely horrible customer service

A US Logo employee was shipping boxes at the UPS store at Maple & Ridge without a mask. He made repeated trips inside and outside the store without mask on, and refused to put on mask. He was the only one it the store, employees and customers, without one. Unprofessional of the US Logo employee to expose others to illness.
