The service here was not great from the start in the showroom, then the saleswoman we worked with stopped replying to questions after we had our initial quote and were trying to get the details right with our contractor to get the final order done. We emailed, allowed time, called and were told personally she would be given a note. Nothing. So we found the same Anderson windows through Home Depot at a SIGNIFICANT discount, fyi. Would have liked to support local but this place was a real disappointment

Loading dock had 6 guys in lawn chairs that completely ignored me while I was holding my loading slip, when they finally got up to help they had the worst attitude, got home and realized they gave me 2 boards that were 2 feet shorter than what I paid for. Their prices aren't any better than 84 lumber or Home Depot, I'd rather go to either.
