The oxford shirt you received should have been a ladies size large in white. The ladies cut shirts have are contoured cut and the buttons should be on the left. This is the store my kids' school uses for uniforms. I've never been happy with the quality of their clothes -- high prices, too, considering what you get. Sizing can be weird, too -- the "women's large" staff shirt I ordered was sized like a men's large. I am now very unhappy with their customer service. I've found them to be very unprofessional and argumentative about their poor service. I've wasted weeks being told that my correct order was coming, to find out it wasn't, to be told contradictory things about shipping costs, etc. I finally told them to cancel my order and give me a full refund to be told that I could get a store credit. Really bad customer service!

Hi Cassandra, I am very sorry you are not happy with Unifom Source. I noticed you ordered your product on the last day of July. Starting the uniform process 4 weeks before school starts does not leave ample time . Many items are on back order at this time. Uniform Source ran many sales in May and June and in early July to encourage parents to shop early. Parents that took advantage of this received there merchandise. Uniform Source always answers the phone and returns calls. we do have a small period of time in August where the 5 incoming lines and the 2 dedicated phone operators are over run. This only lasts for a short period of time. As far as website not functioning properly we receive approximately 80- 100 orders a day on the site with no issues from anyone. i checked with my webmaster and he was not aware of any. The sizing charts that are on our site come from the manufactures that make the clothes. I know that samples for the uniforms are at some of the locations to try on as well. i am not sure if you are aware of the national shortage of people willing to work in the country or the effects that covid is having on industry. The factory's are short on workers the trucking companies are short on workers. This slows everything down. We are working 7 days a week filling customer orders. this is just not a uniform source problem. This is a problem no matter where you shop. Every year it takes at least a month to get our school uniforms from them. They dont answer the phones, they dont return calls, their website is barely functional, they dont send shipping updates. Basically you order and then hope they got it and then weeks later your stuff shows up, and at least half the time I have serious sizing issues or they sent the wrong thing . They dont even have a proper sizing chart on their web site. I dont know why our school continues to send business to this place when they are well aware of these ongoing issues. From a business standpoint its shocking that they are still in business and that anyone continues to voluntarily do business with them.

Mallary did a FANTASTIC job of assisting my wife & I getting our daughter's uniforms. She went above & beyond locating the patterned jumpers we we looking for. This was our first time utilizing Uniform Source and I must say this was a wonderful & quick experience.

I hate going here. Employees don't want to do anything. They don't know the store, the prices, or the products. Very rude. The fake blonde, the red head, and the older white guy manager/owner. I imagine that the employees' attitude towards customers is a reflection of ownership/management. They act like you have to shop there. If you ever try to call there, you will never get an answer, even if you leave a message.
