We had a Risco Agility 4 alarm system successfully fitted at home in 2020. One of the key selling points was that it could be operated and checked remotely via the internet without an ongoing charge. Completely out of the blue Risco now require a monthly subscription payment. This moving of the goal posts is an unacceptable commercial practice. Risco is not a firm to be trusted. Dont be surprised if they hit you with unexplained and unforeseen charges they never told you about on making a purchase.

I was fed duff information by their tech guys and ordered a panel I didn't need only to continue on and resolve the issue myself. I phoned them and emailed them several times never received email reply and never received phone call back after being told I would. Complete disrespect for their customers in my opinion.
