Experience started out great. Our salesman was very knowledgeable about the flooring and even came the same day to measure. We then had to call Carpet Land for a week to try to get our quote, when we finally did receive the quote 8 days later it was incorrect. Salesman was unapologetic and honestly didn't seem to care to help us at all. Customer Service could use some attention.

We appreciate your feedback but we disagree. Your phone call was answered while we were in the warehouse loading. Due to the noise of the forklifts, cutting machine and multiple other things in the warehouse, we had to speak over everything. Regarding installation, we came out to replace two stairs your contractor had removed last month. Unfortunately the manufacturer samples were not clearly tagged and we ordered the wrong color. We installed the new carpet at no charge due to having your old carpet removed. We reordered the correct carpet that your contractor was going to install, but you let him go. Once your contractor could not install we scheduled our best installer at no charge to get your material installed. We scheduled the job but do not set an exact time. The installer was finishing a difficult installation and would come to your job site as soon as he was finished. The installer was on site and finished before 3:00 as we planned. We stepped in to speed things up for you and addressed all concerns not only from us, but outstanding issues from your previous contractors.

Ive been given the opportunity to use this company on a few different occasions. Ive had horrible issues with install crews, no showing, staples left everywhere, scratching up my trim, wrong carpet being ordered after weeks of waiting, and the worst customers service. After working directly with the owner Mike I thought wed get resolve. Needless to say my house guests could hear him screaming at me from another floor when I simply called to find out where my installer was after they were 5 hours late and no phone call. Folks, go elsewhere as these projects are stressful enough to begin with.
