I am new to the area and found this place just recently. Today was my second time there and the lines were outrageous. Theres a drive-through but the line was not moving. Eventually someone came out to take orders but I realized that resulted in ice cream that was soup rather than concrete as they advertise. Also with this high price you pay you might have an intention of ordering something in particular but what you get in return God only knows. They usually forget an ingredient or just give you something totally different. When she handed me the cup I asked her if there was Carmel in it as it did not look to have it and it didnt but she looked right at me and said yes. A lie! Today they left out the Carmel in my Bootdaddy concrete. If I wanted just chocolate I would have paid a cheaper price. Also as stated before the custard was soup by the time I got to the window and I was the second car when she took my order. Disappointed customer!
