Since having my feet assessed and insoles fitted into my walking boots, I've done 3 pain-free walks of between 7 and 10 miles over the course of a couple of weeks. This is a revelation as the discomfort prior to that was quite debilitating. Great service, product and outcome. Highly recommended.

Over 5 years ago I bought boots from Whalley. You provided an insole as Id had an ankle arthroscopy. The insole has proved invaluable. Ive walked hundreds of miles since then, particularly since Lockdown struck & am happy to report that both my insole & ankle are still going strong!

Recently had an appointment with Graham to have to have new insoles made up. As this was a follow up appointment (hadn't seen him since about 2 years), he assessed my feet and was pleased to say my first insoles had done a good job in correcting my ankles. I highly recommend Graham. Not only is he thorough in his work, he takes the time to explain things to you in a way that is easily understood.

Before I had custom-made insoles made for me, I felt my hill-walking days were overindeed, any walking of note. New boots and insoles through Liz and Graham transformed my progressively worse foot and ankle pains, allowing me to get back to the best long Lakeland fell walks I had managed for years. I have been so happy to get my main hobby back. If you arent sure whether to give them a try ( as I wasnt!), then I would urge you to do it. You owe it to yourself.
