I never share reviews but this time is the exception. Dont come in here if you expect even the bare minimum standards of customer service. Beautiful clothes but staff are rude. With the exception of one young girl. Even when i went to make a complaint in store for my treatment staff refused to point out who the supervisor was for me to talk to in order to protect each other which is ridiculous. Girl with the short hair and glasses in changing rooms probably needs to re assess why shes in a customer facing role if shes going to be impolite , unhelpful and rude. Regretfully i put all my items back and left despite the lovely clothes i dont wish to profit a company that treats its customers so poor

Very nice items, good quality. Unfortunately I must give one star because they have a low rate costumer service and very late website update, creates confusion. I had orders canceled 3 times and I was told is no more stock but online they were available. When I complained the answer was not in a good costumer service category.
