I was not impressed by Laras customer service. The work done to my brow was awful. It really didnt look good at all and it took months to correct itself. Lara was very unpleasant to me when I spoke to her on the phone. Avoid, avoid, avoid! Your money would be better spent elsewhere.

Affordable prices, outstanding treatment (botox), patient and clear consultation, warm welcome, kept up to date about the appointment, beautiful decor. What's not to like! My only regret is that I only discovered Lara 2 months ago (in Aug 2020). :)

I'll be honest and say I thought long and hard before having anything done. I've had an issue with my eyes, the right one especially, due to kidney issues. I had an operation two years ago to help but was left with a crease on my upper eyelid/brow and it meant I could no longer wear eyeshadow as it made it look worse That was until I met lara and my goodness she has made such a huge difference just by lifting my brows a little The crease is no more and I'm wearing make up again x I'm overwhelmed with the results and I can't say thank you enough especially as you're so patient and understanding x would very highly recommend x
