I would never recommend this place to anyone. After purchasing a pair of boots I wore them to the truck and in the house and decided they were too big. I asked before leaving the store if I decided they was to big could I return them and they told me yes so the next day I went to swap them for a smaller size they told me I couldnt return them because I wore them out of the store. So there went 220 dollars dont waste your money here.

Both the ladies were very attentive and well informed about their products. They listened to my needs then responded by trying to meet them rather than attempting to sell me something more expensive. I left more knowledgeable about boots and totally satisfied with my experience.

Hands down the worst customer service anywhere. No one greets you upon entrance, they just stare at you blankly, and no one thanks you when you leave. They also speak rudely to you, as though they are superior to their PAYING CUSTOMER. Ive unfortunately been cornered into patronizing this business several times a year for a long time for new boots, due to limited options, luckily a Cavenders opened up in Birmingham and while I typically support local/family owned, I will be making the drive to spend my money somewhere it is appreciated. (ps my bad experiences with customer service have been EACH visit and at BOTH locations)
