Probably will never come back here. I needed to get a measurement for a custom suit, I paid the $17 fee that they charged. I got in a fight with the tailor who was measuring me. I had about 15 measurements I needed, and he argued with me on these saying I didnt need them. Sorry, but I am paying $17 for a measurement, I expect you to cater to my demands. This place sucks
I love this dry cleaners! As the owner of Five Hearts preschool and teacher in the classroom, I often get stains on my clothes that are hard to get out at home. I always take my garments to this dry cleaners to get those stains out and they always do an excellent job!
Where to begin? So I was recommended Bobby Pages by a coworker at Marshall Realty. I usually go to Sadgeridge dry cleaners by Trader Joe's but I thought "what the hell." I call first to get a quote on dry cleaning and what it would cost to get a couple shirts tailored. The lady on the phone said $9 for 3 shirts to be drycleaned and roughly $20-$25 a shirt for a tailor. I'm thinking we'll it's a pretty easy tailor job (hemming up the sides of the shirt) so it'll probably be $20. When I get there it feels like everyone has a bad attitude right when I walk in the door. Like I'm a nuisance. I ask when I could see the tailor and the lady behind the counter told me he was booked till that coming Monday. I said ok dropped my shirts off for dry cleaning and said I'll be back for fitting on Monday. No appointment nessacary. Weekend comes and gos. Monday I return for my shirts at 5:00. They aren't done. I'm like ok I come back in 30 minutes. When I come back I say I need to see the tailor for my shirts. The lady behind the counter made a smug remark that they were closing in 30min so I needed to hurry. Ummmm ok. So I get my shirts pinned. Takes 5 min. I say goodbye to the tailor and head to the counter and the lady said they would be done Tuesday of next week. I asked how much and she said $25. Whatever. She never offered me the rush service which is $3 a shirt for 2 days. Week comes and gos. I return on Tuesday to find out that it's not $25. ITS $30 A F-ING SHIRT. I then argue with the same lady I've been seeing there and she's like "it's always been that price." I told her that she was the one to quote me $20-$25 a shirt and she denied ever quoting anyone that price. They tell you a price and then charge another after the work has already been done. Bobby Pages dry cleaning ripes people off and that they have terrible service. I paid $100 dollars for 3 shirts that all together cost $120. This place is a joke. Never coming here again.
