Order a bed that was out of stock it was not a custom order. They will not refund my money only store credit. Honestly there isn't anything in the store that I would purchase. Highly disappointed. Out stock from your warehouse doesn't mean it was a custom order if you were going to be ordering anyway.

I placed an order for some of their moccasins and they sent the wrong size.. BUT I got In touch with them and they shipped the correct size the SAME day and also said they are sending a free gift. Was super upset at first, but good customer service and hospitality goes a long way. Not to mention the moccasins are absolutely beautiful and everything I waned.

Every piece of furniture we bought already has many cracks!! We have had it maybe a year. We bought a bed, two dressers, and a nightstand. The cracks expand across the entire tops of the dressers, the drawers dont open/close easily.its all really made extremely cheap. They said they hand make the furniture, and Im sure some of it is, but not a majority of it. Cant believe we spent this much money to have it look awful within a year. Was happy to spend at our money at a locally owned business, but now Im wishing we would have gone to Mathis brothers or Bob Moore down the street. Extremely unhappy.
