I'm sorry to hear about this. The bulging in the carpet is due to the quality of carpet your purchased which wasn't that great and felt like I was fitting cardboard it was that bad (customer didn't take my advice) the fact it was very cold in the property where the carpet was left it made it rock hard and difficult to fit. On the back of carpet the is a layer of latex which reacts with the temperature for example if it's hot then it goes nice and soft but if it's cold then it goes extremely hard resulting in potential creases and bulging. It always seems bad at first but it's common with most cheap carpets but will settle with time and heat. As for the join. It was stated that your landing was over the max width of 5 meter which resulted in a join being required. Carpets only come in 4 meter and 5 meter widths. Now it's not guaranteed that every join will become invisible as it's down to the type of carpet that you purchased but it was agreed to have one. As for being let down, I let you down due to illness but you also postponed on me at the start due to the keys not being handed over which resulted in a loss of a days work, I'm afraid sometimes these things can happen. Apologies.

Extremely poor. Let down twice, bulging carpet, visible join and refuses to provide an invoice or receipt. Booked for 30th Jan, did the easy bits and said remainder had to wait til 26th Feb? Let me down on 26th Feb and couldn't return until 20th March! As a rental property this delay meant having to hold back on new letting. Final fitting is bulging in places and has a visible join in the hallway (not present on prior carpet removed). Would not recommend.

Aaron has fitted a bedroom and sitting room carpet for us, he is very professional and very tidy , you can supply the carpet and he will fit it for you or he will supply and fit. I can definitely recommend him and will be using him when I need carpet or vinyl fitted and supplied again.

Aaron has given a great service from start to finish. I got a great quality carpet that has been laid perfectly. Its the first time Ive used a local business, purposely avoiding the chain stores. Can highly recommend this company and will use again.
