We are just trying to help expedite things - the transaction was well into 30 minutes and we still hadn't figured out what color shirt they were using - when i tried to help them and let them know we could order - they apparently did not like that -- Not Rude just trying to make timely decisions for you and us. we get many people looking to do shirts that are not really organized and it can become a real chore to get it going.

Went in to have three t-shirts made for a special occasion coming up and as soon as we walked in the customer service was RUDE to say the least. Not friendly. Not helpful. My mother and I were asking questions about how colors will transfer onto different shirts and we're basically met with a shoulder shrug. Then when we decided to look at different colors of t shirts the man raised his voice and asked , "what are you looking for?" In a very rude and unwelcoming tone. We immediately walked out of the store as they were none of the things a business should be! Definitely do not recommend!

Customer was not prepared so there were many questions - suggest getting together a list of what they want to do instead of just generally asking questions about everything - - i had to answer the phone while they were here - they were not willing to wait until I could get back to them. I dont know if the guy was having a bad day, or hes just a miserable person in general, maybe he just needed a hug, but either way we will never return to this business. My husband and I went in to inquire about having our business logo printed and embroidered on multiple items and the man at the desk had zero patience for answering questions, once he literally began yelling there was no way Id spend my money with him, and support his behavior.
