Two of my friends had their phones stolen here over the weekend. I know its an overall problem in SF but seriously a phone stolen two nights in a row? Staff needs to do a better job at monitoring sketchy behavior.

BEWARE!! This place is known for pickpocketing!! The owner and staff are extremely unhelpful and rude. They are aware of the issue and do not care to help resolve it. Three of my friends and I had our phones and/or wallets stolen from zipped and concealed purses. The owner would not even talk to me, I was completely ignored when I wanted to just let him know there was an issue. There were other 15 people who had also had their phone or wallet stolen and the staff did nothing and did not care. IF YOU COME HERE YOU WILL GET PICKPOCKETED

Great atmosphere. Careful with the arcade though. You can spend a lot while under influence haha.

Not timely. The staff seems to make up their own rules about when they run some of their programs and dont care about their customers interest. I would not recommend this establishment. There are plenty more nicer karaoke and dive bars around SF that treat people much better This place is garbage.
