I am trying to get ahold of someone that runs the Plato Closet in Westchester, Ohio 45069 (Dudley Dr) this location is my neighborhood store and Ive had serveral issues at this specific location. Theres a young white male (his name is Riley) with a ponytail that has been rude to my family and I everytime we go in there. I have spoken to a manager prior about his customer service and attitude. I actually went in for the second time (yesterday) and I asked a simple question and got a nasty attitude again. I love Plato closet but I do not appreciate his attitude everytime we go in there. If he doesnt want to work with the public he may need to find another job. Thank you!

Went to check out two pairs of shoes, only had one of the shoes on the rack. Was in the middle of checking out but they couldnt find the match to EITHER shoe. How does that happen?! They missed out on a 50+ dollar sale and have a very unhappy customer. Dont recommend buying shoes here- unless you want to leave upset. What did they do to compensate? Gave us a 5$ coupon. Also the girl helping us was so rude and unprofessional. Dont waste your time at this platos. Absolutely horrible.
